Horses in Eagle
Eagle has two main equestrian areas: Eagle Island and the Eagle Foothills. Eagle Island is mostly flat, riding between the north and south forks of the Boise River. It is usually green, taking you along the edge of fields, under the shade of trees, and around the park area. Riding the foothills is a bit more exciting: riding up and down hills through the sage brush and catching breath taking vistas of the Treasure Valley.
